The Weezer concert that was scheduled for July 29th at Sandia Resort and Casino has been cancelled and refunds will be issued.
All patrons who used a credit card and purchased through the box office, sandiacasino.com, or etix.com will automatically receive a credit card refund. That process has been initiated, but it may take several days before patrons see the refund posted to their account. No action is necessary on your part.
All patrons who purchased cash tickets at the box office will be refunded at the box office once the casino has reopened. Patrons should bring the original ticket to the box office within 30 days of the casino reopening for a full refund.
All patrons who purchased through a reseller (private individual, ticket brokers, etc.) must work with the original seller. Sandia Resort and Casino is unable to refund these types of transactions.
