It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the
Peak Rewards card is accepted in the card reader when
inserted. The word "accepted" will appear on the read out.

Peak Points have no cash value and are valid only to the
person who earns them, are non-transferable and cannot
be used in conjunction with any other program or
promotion unless otherwise stated by the casino.

Members must be 21 years or older.

The Peak Rewards card is a privilege and may be
revoked at anytime.

The Peak Rewards card and valid identification must be
presented when redeeming points for Peak Perks.

The card is non-transferable and may not be used by any
person other than whose name appears on the front. Use
of the card to accrue points by anyone else will cause all
accrued points to be forfeited.

All disputes will be resolved in accordance to the
Sandia Resort & Casino Dispute Resolution Policy.
All subsequent decisions by the Sandia Tribal Gaming
Commission are final and binding.

Management reserves the right to adjust any point
balance resulting from a malfunction, operator error
or any other reason it deems valid.

Accounts with no play after 12 months will be deleted
from Peak Rewards membership and all points earned
will be forfeited.

Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to
management immediately. A new card will be issued
with proper identification. Sandia Casino is not
responsible for misuse of lost or stolen cards.

Members may not combine points from separate
accounts for Peak Perks redemption.

Rules of the Peak Rewards club may vary for specific
promotions.

Member's use of the Peak Rewards card indicates
acceptance of the conditions stated herein.

Management reserves the right to alter or cancel
this program at anytime without any prior notification.
